Return & Refund policy
Made-to-Order Products (Custom Ordered Sofas, Loveseats, Chairs, Ottomans) : Made to order products are not returnable unless the items are not accepted at delivery due to freight damage or wrong items are delivered. In these cases we will provide a replacement item at no charge or shipping charges. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Custom Items (Cut Fabric Yardage and Sofa Covers): 30 Day refund policy. All items must be returned in as new condition in the original package. Once we receive the item and verify condition we will refund you with 10 days of receipt of merchandise.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
