in the City of Carson. Factory showroom hours are Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm and Saturdays 11am-5pm.
The factory showroom is closed on Sunday.

Immediately after placing your online order you will be presented with a screen confirming that your
order has been accepted and giving you an order number for future
reference. Within 12 to 24 hours you will receive a second e-mail from us
confirming that you order has been entered into the manufacturing process
and giving you our estimated ship date and any applicable freight charges.


Due to our rapid
manufacturing time, order changes must be made within a 24 hour time
frame from when the order was placed. Cancellations will only be accepted
up until 48 hours after you place your order.


We are proud
to offer our customers convenient nationwide delivery on all our
furniture. Unlike other E-tailers who build in the delivery cost into the
product price, FunkySofa doesn't have to disguise our delivery costs. Our
factory direct prices are lower even with a delivery charge. We encourage
you to check and compare.

We will update and email you tracking
information and approximate delivery date when your order is completed and
scheduled for delivery. Our delivery service will then contact you
directly once your items arrive in your area to arrange a convenient
delivery appointment. Deliveries are made between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday
through Friday (local time) and scheduled within a four-hour window.


Order and delivery
times vary with product
category. All orders are shipped directly from our own factory warehouse
so we control distribution and can track your order. Please allow
approximately three to six (3-6) weeks from date of order for
upholstered sofas, chair and loveseat to be shipped from our warehouse.
Shipping times vary depending on your geographical location from our
Southern California warehouse, but generally range from 2 to 10
business days.


You can contact us 24 hours a day and we will track your order as it moves from the factory through the
distribution system, to your home or business. You can get a status report
by contacting us via our online Customer Care form click
here along with your order number and we will begin tracking your
order and respond back within 24 hours.

Warranty:
All of the products offered through FunkySofa.com come with a full
manufacturers warranty. These warranties vary in length from one year to lifetime. Please see the About
Us section of this website for complete warranty information on our
products. For easy identification, do not remove the white law labels from the bottom of your
furniture.


It is your responsibility to inspect your order
when it arrives to make sure that it is what you ordered and that the item(s) are
undamaged. If the freight arrives and the contents are visibly damaged,
please refuse the damaged item
and contact us immediately at (800)566-6578, so we can get a replacement
order sent to you. Please note that if you
accept the furniture and sign off on the freight bill presented by the
delivery person, you are considered to have accepted the product in good
condition, and cannot request replacement furniture if you later see
damage.
