Immediately after placing your online order
you will be presented with a screen confirming that your
order has been accepted and giving you an order number for future
reference. Within 12 � 24 hours you will receive a second e-mail from us
confirming that you order has been entered into the manufacturing process
and giving you our estimated ship date and any applicable freight charges.
Due to our rapid
manufacturing time, order changes must be made within a 24 hour time
frame from when the order was placed. Cancellations will only be accepted
up until 48 hours after you place your order.

online tracking, appointment scheduling,

At FunkySofa hassle-free delivery is one of our major objectives. Unlike other
E-tailers who build the delivery cost into the cost of their products and then offer

will update your order with tracking information and approximate
delivery date when your order is
completed and scheduled for delivery. Our White Glove delivery service will then contact you directly
once your items arrive in your area
to arrange
a convenient delivery
appointment. White Glove deliveries are made between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday
through Friday (local time) and scheduled within a four-hour window. We
offer a special service for upstairs delivery for an additional flat
rate of $49.00. Smaller items such as Pillows, Shoe Chairs, and Ottomans
are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground and not subject to these guidelines. If you are a commercial customer please contact us for our commercial
delivery options and rates.Customers may also
pick-up at our Southern California warehouse located in
Los Angeles. Please contact our customer service

Order and delivery
times vary with product
category. All orders are shipped directly from our own factory warehouse
so we control distribution and can track your order. Please allow
approximately three to six (3-6) weeks from date of order for
upholstered sofas, chair and loveseat to be shipped from our warehouse.
Shipping times vary depending on your geographical location from our
Southern California warehouse, but generally range from 2 to 10
business days.
You can contact us 24 hours a day and we will track your order as it moves from the factory through the
distribution system, to your home or business. You can get a status report
by contacting us via our online Customer Care form

order and respond back within 24 hours.
Warranty:
All of the products offered through FunkySofa.com come with a full
manufacturers warranty. These warranties vary in length from one year to
limited "lifetime. Please see the About
Us section of this website for complete warranty information on our
products. For easy identification, do not remove the white law labels from the bottom of your
furniture.
It is your responsibility to inspect your order
when it arrives to make sure that it is what you ordered and that the item(s) are
undamaged. If the freight arrives and the contents are visibly damaged,
please refuse the damaged item
and contact us immediately at (800)566-6578, so we can get replacement
furniture made and sent out as soon as possible. Please note that if you
accept the furniture and sign off on the freight bill presented by the
delivery person, you are considered to have accepted the product in good
condition, and cannot request replacement furniture if you later see
damage.
